Victorian Day Experience

The English department were very excited to take a group of students to Gunnersbury Museum to take part in a . Students immersed themselves in Victorian history through hands-on activities, interactive exhibits, and engaging workshops. They were then able to attend a Victorian classroom for lessons with a Victorian school mistress. This experience linked to our term topic of The Water Babies by Charles Kingsley and gave our students the opportunity to think more fully about the experience of young people in Victorian England.
