We had a wonderful surprise this week, when we learnt that 24 branches of Tesco had decided to have a collection to raise funds for the primary site. As part of Tesco’s Ramadan celebrations, they chose to donate the considerable amount of £1,000 to our site. Niam’s parents came along to present the cheque on behalf of Tesco.
Photographs taken at the presentation will be on display at Tesco’s Annual Ramadan Dinner on Tuesday.
