The Link School specialises in meeting the needs of students who have Speech, Language and Communication difficulties and provides placements for students from a wide range of local authorities.
This section provides key information including how the school spends the funding it receives, its policies and procedures, how students perform in exams and assessment, inspection information and the schools self-evaluation.
Our team is currently working upon developing the implementation of ALSUP as a support system for our students and families. (March 2023)
ALSUP works as a system to get to the heart of our students’ barriers related to their wellbeing. It delves deeply to find what skills they may be lagging in and unsolved problems that we can work collaboratively with the students to solve.
At present we are doing trial implementation with one student from each class but watch this space for more information on how the implementation is going.
