It has been a very exciting week for some of our primary leavers, as they enjoyed a 3 day residential trip to Hindleap Warren. For most of them it was the first time they have spent time away from their families. But from the moment they were waved off to the moment they returned, Michelle Maclean, the trip leader reports that they were
impeccably behaved and had a wonderful time. Their break was crammed with activities, including rock climbing, swimming, paddle boarding, shelter building,
forest adventure hunts, hide and seek and a late night campfire session where they devoured toasted marshmallows, whilst all singing along to favourite songs,
as well as learning some new ones, which we hear required a lot of hand eye co-ordination! They returned exhausted but full of stories to tell of their time at Hindleap (and that was just the staff!). Thank you to everyone who helped make this trip a success, especially the pupils themselves.
