The Link School specialises in meeting the needs of students who have Speech, Language and Communication difficulties and provides placements for students from a wide range of local authorities.

Apollo Class have been honing their cookery skills this week and made burgers from scratch in Food Tech.
They mixed all the dry and wet ingredients together to make a patty and prepared all the garnish. They also spoke about the
importance of kitchen and self hygiene when handling raw meat and the different textures of the ingredients.
